Candoo How to Reset Zoom Password, from a computer

In this guide we will be working from a Windows computer but the process is the same from an Apple computer.

Step 1

Open ‘Zoom’

Step 2

Click on ‘Sign In’

Step 3

Click on ‘Forgot?’

Step 4

Type in your Zoom e-mail, check ‘I’m not a robot’, then click ‘Send’

Step 5

Check your e-mail inbox for an email from Zoom with the subject ‘Zoom password reset confirmation’. Open it and click ‘Click here to change your password’

Step 6

Type in the new password you want to use. Remember it must include at least 8 characters, have at least 1 letter and 1 number and include both upper- and lower-case characters.

Step 7

Congratulations, you’ve reset your Zoom password. You can sign in to verify.
