Candoo How To Navigate Twitter

 

The main way of navigating Twitter is by using the buttons located

at the bottom of the screen. Here is what they look like. This guide will cover each one.  

 

Step 1

The home button will bring you to your feed. Your feed will be composed of your followers' tweets, their retweets, and your tweets/retweets. Your feed is also called your timeline.

 

Step 2

The search button allows you to search for topics or accounts.

 

Step 3

The Spaces button in the middle is a way to have live audio conversations on Twitter or listen to live discussions.

Step 4

The bell icon is for notifications. Here you can view all your notifications. You’ll be notified when someone follows you, likes, comments, or retweets your tweets. See the example screen below on the left.

The envelope icon will display any direct messages between you and others. See the example screen below on the right.
